About Coach Fajardo
Adrian "Coach" Fajardo serves as an Education Developmental Coach at the Texas Juvenile Justice Department, where he founded a framework called SWAGG. He is a licensed minister and the author of Sentenced Before the Womb. He created Adrian Fajardo LLC. to help restore relationships and foster brighter communities through life transformation. In addition to writing, he loves inspiring individuals through public speaking and developing curriculum. He graduated from Tarleton State University and has continued to pursue professional learning opportunities in his community.
He is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trained in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) through the Texas Juvenile Justice Department. Adrian specializes in working with at-risk youth, particularly those with felony convictions in Texas. His trauma-informed approach, developed through the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) process, emphasizes building sustainable relationships with incarcerated individuals navigating systemic challenges.

Adrian has been recognized as a Waco "40 and Under" honoree and has been featured in the Wacoan magazine for his impactful contributions. He has been honored with the Waco Police Department Community Award for his dedication to fostering positive change and is a distinguished graduate of the Leadership Plenty Institute.
